This three-hour course provides step-by-step instructions on how to:

  • Warm up in the flavour of qigong — get your blood circulating for practice, or as a stand-alone practice.

  • Build balance and stamina.

  • Strengthen your core, as well as your arms and legs.

  • Stretch open your yin and yang tissues — fascia, muscles, ligaments and tendons.

  • Unify your body and mind.

You will receive a short, 25-minute beginning practice set and a longer, more advanced 35-minute practice set, where you can follow along with Paul through the sequences.
