The Wu Tai Chi Mini Form contains the essence of tai chi. In China, some masters only practice mini forms as they say all the other movements in tai chi are just expressions of these original eight or so moves. 

This is an excellent introductory course for those who are new to the Wu style. You can choose to continue on to the Wu Medium Form.

Wu Medium Form
The Wu Tai Chi Medium Form is the latest development from Tai Chi Master Bruce Frantzis, whose Wu Short Form is widely practised.

The purpose of the Wu Medium Form is to practise in a relatively small space while supporting development of deeper neigong than cannot be integrated in the Wu Short Form (which Paul no longer teaches).

New postures are included, such as Repulse Monkey (or Backwards Brush Knee), Cloud Hands and Single Lotus Kick, which give the form a much more rounded feeling — more like the Wu Long Form — without the space, time and skill requirements.
