Mir is a lifetime martial artist and acupuncturist specialising in women’s health. He’s trained with Paul Cavel for 20 years and regularly assists on his courses. Mir holds medical qigong, Taoist Neigong, tai chi and bagua certifications. He offers treatments, classes, seminars and private training.

Sebastian is a physiotherapist who has beet a dedicated practitioner of the Water Method since 2006. He holds medical qigong, Taoist Neigong, Five Element neigong and tai chi teaching certifications. He offers private training.
