Bagua 2027

Beginners and Fundamentalists

Beginners and those who wish to solidify/deepen their bagua practice will be to introduced to and develop the internal aspects of Walking the Circle, the cornerstone of developing health, strength, vitality, and a focused and clear mind within the bagua tradition. The cleaner, more accurate and connected your walking is, the more beneficial all aspects of bagua training.

You will also learn a set of energy postures in order to amplify the positive effects of Circle Walking, link specific energy pathways throughout the body, and unify body, qi and mind.

Together, Circle Walking and energy postures elevate the energy of the practitioner, set set the stage for the rest of the bagua system, and can be an efficient, powerfully effective means of growing and maintaining health and well-being.
