Activating the Yin-Yang Tissues & the Macro- and Microcosmic Orbits of Energy

The macro- and microcosmic orbits of energy are initially activated by the yang and yin fascia of the body. Therefore, in order to develop these primary energetic flows, a practitioner must first gain conscious control over their superficial fascia. These techniques are incredibly subtle and require partner exercises and hands-on guidance from an experienced practitioner to bring alive in your body. Once you have a direct experience of the motion you are looking to generate, you can train on your own to amplify the effectiveness and depth of the techniques over time.
As many TTCS Instructors will be in attendance, this is an excellent opportunity to work with skilled teachers to create a direct experience of moving your fascia to propel your practice forwards in the weeks and months following the course.

The aim of this three-day course is to:
- Deepen all of the techniques taught in the two previous seminars within Heaven and Earth Qigong.
- Answer questions and clear up any misunderstandings.
- Delve into how to teach this ancient and powerful qigong system.
- Solidify how partner exercises are best learned and taught, so that teachers can effectively guide their students through how to open and close the joints and cavities, and manipulate the yang and yin fascia of the body.
- Provide feedback and an assessment for prospective instructors or those wishing to upgrade their current Heaven and Earth Qigong teacher certification.
As there will be certified instructors who have studied with Paul for decades as well as prospective instructors aiming for their first certification, there will be a great range of skill sets amongst the group. At times Paul will split the group to ensure training is fine-tuned to your personal level of skill; whereas at other times, everyone will study together to benefit from training with practitioners/teachers of all levels.
Paul’s certified teaching assistants, Senior Instructor Jackie Smith, Jason Roberts and Mir Ali — each with a minimum of 20 years teaching experience — and possibly other TTCS Instructors will help to lead practice sessions and aid prospective instructors in passing their certification assessment at the highest level possible.
